Everything I could decide myself is decided. What's left needs
you. Each one carries the recommendation of the session that raised it — if you
agree, pick it and press Done. A model's opinion, where there is one, appears on the card
as a receipt line; cards with no receipt were never put to a model. "I'm not sure" is a real answer and becomes work for me.
You don't need to open the session — pressing Done sends your answer back and it picks up.
1Acceptance gate sits at 23/24 on kickoff-table-to-agentflow. The only open item (22) carries check 'exit:no-second-slack-table-renderer 0'. Since agent-smith #467 the evaluator classes exit:/file: as ATTESTED, not observed (check_is_observable returns False — tested directly this session), so item 22 is structurally unpassable and the task can never reach terminal DONE while it stands. The previous operator already re-cut it into items 23 (pr:gera-propflow/dotclaude#45 merged) and 24 (pr:PropFlow-Technologies/agentflow-relay#148 merged), both done and GitHub-witnessed, but left the dead item in place. operator-here refuses gate-shrinking with exit 4 by design; the only route is the human door (drive --replace re-baseline). Independent verification of the underlying condition this session: heartbeat script has no live phase_table.render call (comments only, posts render_pointer); task_watch's two table writes are both behind _POINTER_ONLY_PATCH_ID; LaunchAgent loaded, sweeping every 120s with published=1 (positive control that silence is not a dead job); Slack search surfacing 4 genuine eleven-row tables finds none newer than 2026-09-08 16:16 CDT.
In plain terms. Can I delete one leftover line from this task's finish list, so the task can finally close? The work itself is done and I re-checked it myself rather than trusting the previous operator: nothing posts the big eleven-row status table into a Slack thread any more, the job that used to post it is alive and publishing every two minutes, an independent search that does still find real tables finds none since the rollout, and both fixes are merged. The leftover line is the OLD wording of that exact same condition, written in a form the automatic checker refuses on purpose — it would be satisfied by a note I write in my own log, which is me marking my own homework. I already replaced it with two lines that GitHub answers instead, and both are green. Removing a line from the finish list is the one change I am not allowed to make alone, which is why it is yours.
The session raising this recommends: Delete the leftover line so the task closes Its replacement is two merged pull requests GitHub already confirms; the old line can never pass however much evidence I attach. Tried first, unsuccessfully: Tried three things before asking. Re-proved the condition at the outcome layer from three independent directions (running code, live job behaviour, Slack history) with a working positive control, so the silence is not a dead instrument. Ran the checker's own observability test against the item directly: it returns false, meaning no amount of evidence can ever flip it. Checked whether the arming tool could retire the item myself: it refuses to shrink a gate by design and names the human door as the only route.
