In plain terms. Camellia's handyman (the number we text new jobs to) isn't on Camellia's in-house crew list, so when he texts Clara an update on his own job she can't log it and emails the office to do it by hand. Should we add him to Camellia's in-house crew so his updates log themselves?
The full question, as raised

Camellia's maintenanceTechPhone (MAINTENANCE_SETTINGS) is a person who also has an active Camellia occupancy (unit 418) but no VendorMembership row (PERSON partition has no MEMBERSHIP# SK). assertWorkOrderActorAuthorized's handyman path needs an in-house, active membership whose vendorId equals the WO's assignedVendorCompanyId (vendor_appfolio_jpco_697, on 585 Camellia WOs); with none, he falls to the tenant guard → tenant_id_mismatch (Sentry JAVASCRIPT-NEXTJS-1NM, 2026-10-30 17:25Z, CAM-3432 note refused, Clara forwarded to the office). The p8-roster rollout (b91389115, answered 'Yes, I'll turn it on') hasn't reached him. Add an in-house membership for him on that crew vendor at Camellia (prod write), or leave it as-is (office hand-logs his notes)?

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Add him to Camellia's in-house crew
He is already the building's paged tech; the guard just doesn't know it, so every update he texts becomes an office chore.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Traced the Sentry event to the turn: guard worked as designed, no code bug. Rejected teaching the guard to trust the tech phone setting directly: that is an auth widening and a second source of truth for who the crew is, which the roster work exists to remove. No roster writer exists on harness-prod-write, so it needs a human-run write.
