In plain terms. Our reviewer-key rotation keeps warning every 2 hours about the old name of Smith's code repo, which was renamed; the keys are actually fine. Should Smith fix the rotation script itself, even though it lives outside the folders Smith is allowed to edit?
The full question, as raised

rotate-reviewer-tokens.sh (~/.claude/scripts, dotclaude) keeps PropFlow-Technologies/agent-smith in reviewer-discovered-repos.txt forever as UNSEEN after the agent-smith→agent-harness rename, paging #alerts every cycle. Fix: in discover_repos_kept, resolve an UNSEEN known repo via gh api repos/<r> .full_name and drop it on proof when it redirects to a listed name; set SMITH_REPO=PropFlow-Technologies/agent-harness. Who applies it?

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Smith patches it
It is a 10-line fix and the alert will repeat every 2 hours until it lands.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Confirmed agent-harness secrets were refreshed at 18:51Z today and agent-smith redirects to agent-harness; the script and its state file sit outside Smith's allowed edit folders, so I did not change them.
