you. Each one carries the recommendation of the session that raised it — if you
agree, pick it and press Done. A model's opinion, where there is one, appears on the card
as a receipt line; cards with no receipt were never put to a model. "I'm not sure" is a real answer and becomes work for me.
You don't need to open the session — pressing Done sends your answer back and it picks up.

The repo's claude.yml/claude-code-review.yml read only the single CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN, which the 06:32 CT rotation set to propflow.agent at 5h=0.91 — capped by 07:55 CT; two @claude re-fires died at 1 turn/$0 (is_error:true). Smith's §5 gate needs a bot 🟢 on the current head, so Smith holds. An attended human merge after reading the diff is allowed; otherwise the armed PR drive re-fires after the 08:32 CT rotation and merges on 🟢.
In plain terms. The nightly AppFolio sync check has cried wolf for 6 nights because our after-the-write double-check reads phone numbers in the wrong format. The fix is written, tested, and all its checks are green, but the review bot for that repo has run out of Claude budget today so it cannot give the final thumbs-up. Should I merge the fix by hand now, or wait for the bot to come back after its next token rotation?
