In plain terms. Should the mini delete one test rating that Smith left in the live database? Gera already said yes in chat; this is the one click that runs it. Smith pressed a rating button on a test card at the Yale sandbox building to prove a fix. That left one label in the live ratings store, marked as an agent's test. The delete removes exactly that one row and refuses if the row is anything else. Nothing a customer sees changes.
The full question, as raised

Read back before filing (prod, consistent read): PK=PROP#yale-sandbox SK=GRADEVERDICT#gv_cc364a2e09be01a1d4a7 exists; scope hold:eschold_ybtn_1793655349388_rate, rating fine, grader slack:U0BE08K74M7 (Smith bot), note 'agent proof press (Smith, held-card rating scope fix), not a human label', gradedAt 2026-11-02T21:36:07.301Z, conversation a7e935b6-8fb5-44e4-988d-a99918cb4618 at yale-sandbox (TEST). After: get_item returns nothing; held-card rating count for that conversation drops 1 -> 0.

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Go: run change a1263d35a344d0b6343351ad292c67cb
Gera asked for this delete on 11-02; it touches one test row only.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: No normal delete exists (the ratings table is append-only); a retraction row would leave the summary +1 (fixed separately in propflowai #24649). Added the named delete to the approved prod-change tool (agent-harness #1850) instead of a raw table edit.
