In plain terms. Should approving the monthly renewal list also approve each offer's follow-up reminders? Fede decided that renewal offers waiting on a customer's OK go out as one list on the 1st of each month. Each offer also has reminders scheduled after it (2 days later, a week later, then 30 and 15 days before the lease ends). Today each reminder waits for its own approval. Wrinkle: if reminders go into a later list instead, the 2-day and 1-week reminders could sit for up to a month.
The full question, as raised

Western Slope renewals (lane 11): Fede 2026-10-09 set a monthly batch as the only approval path for Supervised renewals, live on merge, no company setting. Open: does batch approval pre-approve the offer's scheduled nudges (+48h, +7d, 30/15-day), so they are no longer held one by one; or are nudges held and swept into the batch for the month they come due? Context: renewal offer AND reminder are each held and expire unapproved after 24h (held-message rule part 4, #16593); ADR-0141 requires every hold to resolve through the door / staff page / Slack card. Asked by Trinity on behalf of lane 11, which holds both pieces on a local branch until answered.

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Approving the list covers its reminders
Otherwise the 2-day and 1-week reminders can sit up to a month waiting for the next list.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Read ADR-0141 and the held-message rule PRs (24h expiry, per-hold approve). Fede's 2026-10-09 correction already settled the separate setting question (no setting), so only this one is open. Code cannot answer it: it is whether a customer's one OK may cover messages not yet written.
