In plain terms. Gera: can you close out this job with a note saying one real-world example was never seen, or should it stay open until a real second-home email turns up? Only you can make that change. The job needed one real example to confirm itself, none arrived, and this session would not post a proof that never happened.
The full question, as raised

Acceptance gate item 6 for task no-cold-first-email can only be satisfied by posting a Slack tag asserting a real-path observation of a genuine second-home first email. That observation never happened - none occurred in any window measured - so the driver deliberately did not post the tag and closed dock row 4 on fallback evidence instead (decider ffd8a2989, limits recorded: no genuine second-home observation, delivery unproven). This is NOT a disagreement with the decider: receipt f685aeb8a already RESOLVED it as 'accept the fallback close as the proof of record and shrink item 6, and never fabricate the tag'. I am raising it because a driver CANNOT execute that ruling - shrinking an acceptance gate is the human door only (drive --replace, then re-baseline), and the gate refuses a driver that tries to make done easier. Item 6 is the last thing holding this task non-terminal.

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Run the shrink (drive --replace) so the job can close with its limits stated
The decider already ruled this way on receipt f685aeb8a. Item 6 asks for an organic event that comparable 30-day windows showed zero of, so the alternative is holding the task open indefinitely; the honest close keeps the limits on the record rather than posting a proof that never happened.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Receipt f685aeb8a RESOLVED this question in favour of shrinking item 6, answered by Astra (Fable could not be reached: one pass timed out, so the order-reversal check could not run). It also stated the proof tag must never be fabricated. I agree with that ruling and am NOT overriding it. It reaches you only because executing it is mechanically a human action: a driver may make an acceptance gate harder, never easier, so drive --replace plus a re-baseline is the only door. Earlier receipt ffd8a2989 is the one that closed dock row 4 on the fallback evidence, with its limits retained.
