In plain terms. The nightly lead follow-up sweep has failed every morning since Sunday on one lead that was merged into another lead's record. A ready fix (skip merged and archived leads; it can only stop a duplicate follow-up, never add one) has been held for a person's review since Sunday. Release it to merge, or keep holding it for a founder to review?
The full question, as raised

outreach-reconcile cron errors daily (2026-10-26..29, same prospect 24b8…5846 → MergedInquiryWriteError, merged into 35b4…). Fix: https://github.com/PropFlow-Technologies/propflowai/pull/22465 — isDeadInquiryRow skip (isMergedAway + archivedAt) at the top of the per-prospect loop + re-read guard; 5 alert-condition tests with negative control. Bot 🟢 on head d2d5d0c6, both review check-runs success on that SHA; only blocker is the hold-for-review label Smith's decider applied (HIGH tier: leasing outreach path; Fede 10-22 review rule). Class follow-up (not a reason to hold): 18 other getProspects callers under src/lib/domain apply no dead-row filter — a live-rows-only read for writers is the chokepoint.

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Release the hold and let it merge
It only narrows who gets follow-ups (stops a second cadence on a merged-away lead); green since Sunday; alert refires daily until it ships.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Checked prod run row (same error, same lead as 10-26), PR green on current head, no existing decision block for it; the hold is the decider's own HIGH-risk label and only a person may lift it.
