I'm parked on you

Everything I could decide myself is decided. What's left needs you. Each one carries the recommendation of the session that raised it — if you agree, pick it and press Done. A model's opinion, where there is one, appears on the card as a receipt line; cards with no receipt were never put to a model. "I'm not sure" is a real answer and becomes work for me. You don't need to open the session — pressing Done sends your answer back and it picks up.

1PR #11409 (fede/11397-listing-structured-facts, fix: listing's structured bed/bath/sqft beat its own marketing prose in first email, #11397) shows zero pull_request-triggered CI/review runs; CI Dispatch Guard confirms api_ok=yes count=0 mergeable=null. git merge-tree confirms a genuine content conflict in src/lib/domain/leasing/clara-guest-card-first-email-compose.ts: this PR's new 'listing-fact-contradiction' defect kind and main's already-merged #11344 'listing-recital' defect kind both extend the same FirstEmailBodyDefectKind union and BLOCKING_DEFECT_KINDS array (plus two conflicting test files). This is Fede's own active branch in the leasing domain, and both are customer-facing guards subject to the constitution's guard-change replay requirement, so Smith should not push a conflict-resolution commit to it unasked.

In plain terms. Can a safety check for leasing emails wait for the engineer who wrote it, or should Smith fix it now? That check stops emails from stating the wrong bedroom or bathroom count. It can't be reviewed because it collides with a second, similar check that landed on the shared code just before it, so review never started. It's the other engineer's own unfinished work, in his part of the app. Both checks decide when a customer email gets blocked, so a wrong merge could let a bad email through.
The session raising this recommends: Wait for the author to fix it
It's his own in-flight change in his own area, and both checks gate real customer emails.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Confirmed via GitHub this isn't a reviewer outage: CI Dispatch Guard logged zero pull_request runs because the PR is unmergeable, and git merge-tree confirmed a real content conflict, not a false alarm. Checked routing this straight to the other engineer via the cross-seat handoff, but the file that mechanism depends on isn't present on this machine, so raising it here instead.
