In plain terms. Can I close the tour start-time job? The fix is finished and checked, but its done-checklist points at an early draft that was closed rather than the version that shipped, so only you can swap it over — yes closes the job, no keeps it open for more work.
The full question, as raised

Criterion re-verified on origin/main d2f5678c9e9: requireDateTime normalizes via the shared parse-time parser (minutesToAmPm); #20099 write site, #20107 readers, #20192 read-only lister merged in that order; the lister imports only QueryCommand, so no production writes. acceptance.json is stuck at 16/17: item 4 checks pr:#20103 merged, and #20103 was CLOSED, its work shipped as #20192 (item 7, done). Only the human door (drive --replace) may rewrite a gate item. Separately: the predecessor's DRIVE-OFF says Gera confirmed this finish in-session; no human ever spoke in that session - it read the nudge check-in's sign-off as his words. May the gate count #20192 for item 4 and the task be marked done?

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Yes, count the shipped version and close the job
Same script, merged 2026-10-16 02:20Z (PR #20192); the closed draft #20103 was its earlier version. Two leftover board rows (tour end dates, and the live calendar test only you can run) are outside this job and stay on the board either way.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Decider receipt f1c276003 (answered by ASTRA, not Fable - Fable timed out on one of its two passes) ruled NEEDS HUMAN on the broader terminal-state question, and narrowed it to exactly this one: replacing the obsolete #20103 acceptance item with the shipped #20192 is acceptance authority, which only the human gate-replacement door may grant. Its wording differs from this card because the card IS the narrowed form the ruling asked for.
