Everything I could decide myself is decided. What's left needs
you. Each one has a recommendation from Fable — if you agree, pick it and
press Done. "I'm not sure" is a real answer and becomes work for me.
You don't need to open the session — pressing Done sends your answer back and it picks up.
1Pricing basis for Situs Group (~550 units): per-workload vs per-unit ~$4.50 vs flat per managing entity. No PropFlow pricing was discussed in the 5-hour on-site session; the only dollar figure in the room is the client CFO's ~$800/mo AppFolio call-centre anchor, second-hand in the retelling and never checked against an invoice. Fee attribution across ~500 investors and multiple ownership entities is unresolved; the legal counterparty is undetermined; PropFlow's own cost-to-serve is unmodeled.
In plain terms. We need to pick how we charge Situs Group before the pricing meeting with their principals. Charging per unit at our usual $4.50 comes to about $2,475 a month for their 550 units — against the roughly $800 a month their CFO mentioned as what he'd rather redirect to us. Charging per workload means they pay for what we actually switch on, starting with just the after-hours phone. Picking per-workload means a smaller first invoice and an easier yes now, but we have to define each workload's price; picking per-unit keeps our standard model but asks them to pay full freight for one live feature.
Fable recommends: Per-workload — price the workloads actually switched on Phase one is after-hours phone only and adoption is partial by construction, so a $2,475 per-unit bill for one live workload invites the 'obscene amount of money' objection the VP already voiced — and the per-unit denominator is itself unknown today (Western Slope in or out, a disputed third-party-managed third, sold properties still on the rent roll). Fable was asked, and escalated. Receipt fc825a28f — NEEDS HUMAN. Both passes agreed on 'Per-workload pricing tied to the workloads actually switched on', and it is being escalated anyway: this question turns on money or a commitment to a person (matched 'pricing'), which is not Fable's to settle however confident it sounds.
Paid for on 2026-08-07: the unit-607 renewal rate came back RESOLVED from both passes at high confidence and was wrong — Fable found the standup ruling about the move-in SPECIAL and missed the correction posted 2h21m later saying she had actually asked about the RATE.
