Everything I could decide myself is decided. What's left needs
you. Each one has a recommendation from Fable — if you agree, pick it and
press Done. "I'm not sure" is a real answer and becomes work for me.
You don't need to open the session — pressing Done sends your answer back and it picks up.
1Smith can now start its own work sessions. Three changes are finished and waiting on you: agent-smith #348 (Smith reads a thread, and if it is real work it starts an owner session by itself), agentflow-relay #83 (lets the board see the phase state), and propflowai #6644 (the Phases card on the /agents page). All three pass their checks. #348 is the one that needs you: it gives Smith the ability to start sessions that can write and push code without a person clicking anything. Do you want it merged?
Fable recommends: Merge all three, in order: agent-smith #348, then relay #83, then the board card #6644 You asked for exactly this ('make it automatic'), and review already closed the three ways it could have bitten: Smith answering its own posts, sessions landing in the wrong project with write access, and old conversations breaking on deploy — that last one proved on a real recorded conversation, not a fresh test. Tried first, unsuccessfully: Ran fable-decide twice on this. Receipt ffaa7eae8 came back RESOLVED = 'stop for the human', held under option-order reversal: your written 'make it automatic' authorised WHAT to build, not this specific 13-commit diff, and your own standing rule says name the risk and wait on genuinely risky changes. So the recommendation to merge is mine to make and yours to give. Earlier receipts f110c9eb2 (unresolvable repo must refuse to spawn) and f8077007b (classifier outage must be visible) were both RESOLVED and already executed into the PR without troubling you.
