In plain terms. Clara's maintenance robot promised tenants a callback time on two of three nightly quality checks, two nights in a row, even though a fix for this exact problem shipped two days ago — should Smith dig into why the fix didn't fully stick, or leave it with the team for now?
The full question, as raised

co.propflow.morpheus-nightly-daily: on 2026-10-13 and 2026-10-14, gen-i3-pivot-ambiguity-closet-door-track and -sink-leak-pooling both fail turn-3 clara:judge on the identical bullet from PR #17085's root cause ('Clara did NOT promise the tenant a time or a personal follow-up') — RULE 7.8 forbids this at the autonomous bench. PRs #18859/#18852 (merged 2026-10-12) fixed the no-owner-routing half and pinned the autonomous rewrite path, and Oct 12 did go 2/3 green, but the same criterion is red again on Oct 13-14. Suspect: promiseBackingPolicy.appliesTo only runs findMaintenanceTimingPromise when ctx.capability==='maintenance'; turn 3 in both failures is a handback/reasoning reply during an already-open WO, possibly classified under a different capability so the maintenance-arm check never runs. Should Smith trace ctx.capability for this turn shape and, if confirmed, ship a detector/appliesTo fix (through the mandatory guard-change 30-day-replay gate)?

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Smith digs in and opens a fix
Three prior fix-it answers plus two merged PRs haven't closed this out, and nobody is tracking that it reopened on Oct 13-14.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Read 11 nights of Lane-B logs under ~/Library/Logs/morpheus-nightly/2026-10-{03..14}, the 3 prior answered decisions, PR #17085 (root-caused the judge bullet as correct per RULE 7.8) and its successors #18859/#18852 (merged, fixed the no-owner-routing half, pinned the autonomous rewrite path) — stopped short of live-tracing ctx.capability for the exact turn-3 handback shape, which needs a code trace / repro run rather than log reading alone.
