In plain terms. Should Smith go back and label the topic on 3 old property emails that got no label? Smith already found and fixed the bug that caused this — a reply that quietly ends a conversation was skipping the labeling step. The fix stops it from happening again, but 3 past email threads at one property are stuck with no label. Giving them a label now means writing into the live production database, which this run is not allowed to do without a person saying yes first.

classification_blank_topic alert: 954c5cae-d036-47bb-bac1-ffbb9bef2694 / a10023c5-1f7d-41d9-a902-c5c0e9821ea0 / dbaa4820-e4e2-4352-b673-fc94a93e8a7e (property western-slope-front-door, email channel, born 2026-10-05). Root cause fixed in PR #19974 (the end_conversation silence branch never emitted conversation.turn_settled). These 3 threads got no Temporal workflow execution at all (confirmed via temporal workflow describe → not found), so they will never self-heal — ADR-0094 has no reconciler. Remediation per the alert's own fix_hint is a one-off script over classifyAndStampConversation, which is a production DDB write outside this unattended run's authority (root policy: prod data ops need a human's direct approval of the exact step).

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Re-stamp the 3 threads now
The code fix only stops new ones from happening — these 3 stay stuck forever without a direct write.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Confirmed in production that no classification workflow ever ran for any of the 3 threads (not a dropped signal — it was never sent); root-caused to a specific code branch; opened and tested a fix (PR #19974); did not attempt the prod write myself since it needs a human's direct approval of that exact step.
