In plain terms. Should we add request timing to the agents relay so we can see why its daily check fails about one day in three, or move the check off its time slot, or keep it paging as is?
The full question, as raised
agentflow_relay_access daily probe (Vercel cron 15 13 * * *) timed out at 8s on 6 of ~21 days (10-02,05,06,13,14,22), every one logged by cloudflared at exactly 13:15:19Z as 'context canceled' on /api/roster; zero other agents.propflowai.co request failures since 10-17. Origin /api/roster answers 120/120 in <10ms; no sync exec in the relay. Relay stdout log is 0 bytes (no request logging) and the mini has no Cloudflare API creds to read the Access request log, so edge-vs-origin can't be attributed. Not the persistent wedge in b89539919.
Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Add relay request timing Without a per-request log every failure stays a guess; timing tells us whether the 8s was the edge or the relay. Tried first, unsuccessfully: Probed the relay 120 times (max 9ms), read the tunnel log (6 failures, all at the check's own second), checked the relay code for blocking calls (none), tried to read the Cloudflare Access log (no credentials on the mini).
