I'm parked on you

Everything I could decide myself is decided. What's left needs you. Each one carries the recommendation of the session that raised it — if you agree, pick it and press Done. A model's opinion, where there is one, appears on the card as a receipt line; cards with no receipt were never put to a model. "I'm not sure" is a real answer and becomes work for me. You don't need to open the session — pressing Done sends your answer back and it picks up.

1Gera asked (2026-09-27, #agent-smith scam-link thread): should Clara get an email tool? Clara already emails prospects on her own leasing channel; the gap that thread exposed is a PM telling Clara from Slack to RESEND something to a specific address. Build a PM-directed resend, and if so how narrow?

In plain terms. When a prospect says they lost their tour link, should you be able to tell Clara from Slack to resend it, and only to the contact info we already have on file? Saying yes means one new instruction Clara accepts from a manager; saying no keeps Clara fully on her own and managers resend by hand.
Why this recommendation
The session raising this recommends: Resend to on-file contacts only
It covers the real case (a prospect who lost the link) without creating the hole that thread showed: a stranger talking a PM into sending the link to an unverified address. Free-form resend is the social-engineering vector; no capability leaves PMs relaying links by hand.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Read the full prospect conversation and the property-system record: Clara had already texted the real link three times and refused the swap; she already sends email on her own leasing channel, so a new email tool is not the missing piece — the missing piece is a manager-directed resend, which is product scope, not something I can settle.
