In plain terms. A nightly test job has a stuck leftover from a couple days ago. It created four maintenance tickets in AppFolio for a fake move-out at our test property, and for two nights running it couldn't cancel them, so the same test keeps failing. Clearing it means canceling those four test tickets in AppFolio and deleting the leftover test record from our database — that's a real deletion, so I'm not doing it without your OK. Want me to go ahead and clean it up myself, or do you want to look at the AppFolio tickets first?
The full question, as raised

co.propflow.turnover-eval-daily preclean-stuck alert for turnover_abebb8b4-47c6-4d97-bc17-64baee54c66d (property appfolio-45 / The Willows AppFolio bench). The turnover survived preclean on 2026-09-30 and 2026-10-01 with 4 synced WOs (WILL-3016/3017/3018/3019, pmsId 3016-3019) still open in AppFolio. teardownTurnover (src/lib/temporal/activities/maintenance-eval.ts:834-970) could not confirm cancelWorkOrderL4 succeeded on either night, so the anchor-preservation invariant kept the turnover + WO rows for retry — this is designed behavior, not a code bug. No Sentry issue is logged for these specific WOs, so the exact cancel-failure reason (transient L4/Browserbase error vs a permanent wrong-id failure) is not confirmed — only the recommended cleanup action is confirmed. Recommended: cancel WILL-3016/3017/3018/3019 in AppFolio (jpco.appfolio.com, property 45), then delete turnover_abebb8b4-47c6-4d97-bc17-64baee54c66d + its EVT# timeline partition from propflow-prod DynamoDB. This deletes real production rows, which is a hard stop in Smith's charter without a human in the loop.

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Go ahead and clean it up myself
It's synthetic test data on the eval bench, not a real customer — safe to clear once you say go, and it unblocks tonight's eval run.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Confirmed in the database that the leftover test record and its four AppFolio tickets are from 2 days ago and still open. Read the eval code and confirmed this is the designed self-heal/retry behavior, which gives up and asks for human help after repeated cancel failures by design. Checked Sentry for errors tied to these specific tickets and found none logged there, so I don't have the exact failure reason — but the cleanup action is the same regardless of the reason.
