Everything I could decide myself is decided. What's left needs
you. Each one carries the recommendation of the session that raised it — if you
agree, pick it and press Done. A model's opinion, where there is one, appears on the card
as a receipt line; cards with no receipt were never put to a model. "I'm not sure" is a real answer and becomes work for me.
You don't need to open the session — pressing Done sends your answer back and it picks up.
1resolveIdentity's step 1 (getTenantByPhone(phone, propertyId) — dialled-property-gated) now returns null for the morpheus-nightly bench tenant (+12065551001, personId pers_653bb3b4, appfolio-45/org_sandbox). Root cause confirmed live against propflow-prod: an IdentityClaim on the SAME E.164 number was separately minted under a different org (org_53047a06-2c49-4231-92c2-6f2a7009149a) on property fairhaven-thistledown-402 (isTest=true, createdBy='fairhaven-appfolio-wire-script', created 2026-09-22), owned by a different Person (pers_a9fccb0c). IdentityClaim dedup is per-org (CLAIM#<org>#PHONE#<value>), so both claims legally coexist; the property-gated lookup in step 1 finds nothing at appfolio-45 while the org-wide (propertyId=undefined) lookup silently returns the OTHER org's tenant instead. Downstream: identity.type composes as 'unknown' instead of 'tenant', which drops the MAINTENANCE capability, so Clara skips the photo-request/work-order flow and escalates to the PM instead — failing all 3/3 approved Lane-B goldens (gen-i3-pivot-ambiguity-bathroom-mirror-cracked, -closet-door-track, -sink-leak-pooling) identically on 2026-09-23 and 2026-09-24, same turn-1 judge criterion each time. This is data, not app-code: getTenantByPhone/resolveIdentity are behaving exactly as designed (dialled-property gate, org-scoped claim dedup) — the bug is that a second org's fixture claimed a number an existing bench fixture already owned. The colliding property looks like Fairhaven/Western-Slope voice-testing debris (matches the 'Fairhaven Residential (TEST)' company used by npm run voice:fastlane, which is documented to auto-reap its throwaway fixtures) that a reap step likely failed to clean up 2 days ago — but I have not confirmed it's abandoned rather than in active use.
In plain terms. Should we turn off an old, unused test phone-number claim, or move our nightly Clara quality check to a different number instead? Two different test setups grabbed the same fake phone number by mistake, so Clara can't tell who's texting our test tenant, and the quality check has failed every night for two nights straight.
The session raising this recommends: Turn off the old, unused claim It's a 2-day-old test fixture from a wire script pointed at the same underlying AppFolio unit the bench already uses, looks like abandoned voice-testing debris, and turning it off is a small, reversible change — versus touching roughly 115 other test files that reference the old number. Tried first, unsuccessfully: Traced the failure from the Slack alert (0/3 morpheus scenarios) through the actual harness transcripts in ~/Library/Logs/morpheus-nightly/ (real conversation, not the known BENCH_LANE_NO_BEARER zero-message bug — claraMessageCount was nonzero). Found identity composed as 'unknown' instead of 'tenant' in the Composed-capabilities log line, traced that through conversation-manager.ts's resolveIdentity call into src/lib/domain/identity/resolve.ts step 1, and reproduced it directly against propflow-prod with a read-only tsx script: getTenantByPhone('+12065551001','appfolio-45') -> null, getTenantByPhone('+12065551001', undefined) -> a DIFFERENT tenant on a DIFFERENT org/property. Confirmed the bench tenant's own IdentityClaim on that number is still active+primary (listClaimsForPerson), so the collision is the cause, not a lost claim. Did not attempt a fix myself: mutating another org's Person data without confirming it's abandoned is exactly the kind of edge-case doubt the runbook says to escalate rather than act on.
