Fable recommends: A: add 2–3 more Max accounts to the pool (mint bearers; ~1 hour of your time per account) Measured 2026-09-01 07:00 CT: weekly headroom gera@ 49% used, morpheus@ 40%, test@ 1%; agentsmith@, evals@, lab@ pinned at 100% for 3+ days; clara@, fede@, sophie@ dead with no one able to mint them; 14 token files that are 6 distinct accounts. Every robustness fix this week makes the fleet USE capacity correctly (sharding, spawn gate, rotation on the worst axis, wedge-heal); none of them creates capacity. Rotation cannot manufacture headroom — PITFALLS §7. One account outage on a busy day and the fleet stalls, correctly reported, still stalled. Tried first, unsuccessfully: Not an engineering question: no code option adds an account. Fable was not consulted because the only decisions here are money and whose logins exist — a person's call by construction.
