Everything I could decide myself is decided. What's left needs
you. Each one has a recommendation from Fable — if you agree, pick it and
press Done. "I'm not sure" is a real answer and becomes work for me.
You don't need to open the session — pressing Done sends your answer back and it picks up.
1Four fixes are merged but none are running, and the session that could deploy them is locked out. TWO THINGS ARE YOURS. (1) Two accounts need /login — the session holding the live folder is sitting at 0% context with unsent text in its box and cannot act, so nothing in the fleet can route around it. (2) ~/.local/bin IS the folder every session actually runs from, and it is parked on the last open branch. Until it moves, PRs #1 #2 #4 #5 are merged but dead. How do you want the folder moved?
In plain terms. Two accounts are logged out, and one of them is the session that would push four finished fixes into service. Those fixes are approved and sitting in the master copy, but the folder your sessions actually run from has not picked them up, so none of them are doing anything yet. One of the four stops sessions that are waiting on you from being told, wrongly, that their work is finished and to switch themselves off. Three sessions are stuck on this single step. Logging the accounts back in is yours either way; the second part is just whether you move the folder or tell me to.
Fable recommends: Log the accounts in, then authorise me: I save the other job's unfinished work to its own branch, push it, then move the folder to main The unfinished work is smaller than it looks. Of the 542 changed lines, 358 are in three files that are already byte-identical to what is on main — that work already landed as PR #6, so there is nothing to lose there. What is genuinely unsaved is about 222 lines across five files plus two new ones, and saving it to its own branch first makes the move fully reversible. Three sessions are stuck on this one step. Meanwhile the bug PR #2 fixes is live and growing: my own check-in message has repeated the same paragraph 1, 2, 3, 4 then 5 times over five check-ins, and it tells a session that is waiting on you to switch its own alarm off. I will not touch that folder without your say-so either way. Fable was asked, and escalated. Receipt f7e741791 — NEEDS HUMAN. THE TWO PASSES DISAGREED, AND ONLY THE OPTION ORDER DIFFERED. as-given → "Authorise a cross-lane operator to preserve the other lane's work and move the tree to main" (medium) reversed → 'Wait for the human — he sequences the tree move himself' (medium) An answer a reordering can flip is not an independent judgement, it is position bias wearing one. Escalating with both readings attached.
as-given reasoning: I read nudge and the tree. Live nudge line 1150 appends the 'ALL THREADS LOOK DONE… nudge --stop' text to $text, which is then re-armed — the accumulating defect is real and growing…
