In plain terms. How should Gera tell a Pomona Park resident about a repair text that never reached them? The resident reported a door problem two days ago; Clara wrote them a text saying the work order was created, but a question typed in the Slack thread cancelled it, so they have heard nothing. The earlier version of this question said there was no way to send it now — that was wrong. There is a safe tool that sends it as Clara into the same conversation, shows this session a preview first, and confirms delivery, without touching live records; it only needs Gera to approve the wording. The other choices are someone texting the resident personally, changing the live record so Clara sends it itself, or leaving it alone.
The full question, as raised

The Pomona Park resident's door-repair confirmation text (POMO-6061, hold eschold_mr_359dccda371ac28d63cef736) was cancelled by the bug we have now fixed, and has been unsent for two days. The rejected hold is terminal and cannot be re-run — BUT a hardened, human-gated manual send does exist: scripts/send-clara-sms.ts --conversation <id> --send (preview-first, replies into the existing thread as Clara, Twilio delivery verified). How should the resident be told? Supersedes b91771812, which asked this on the false premise that no send path exists.

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Send it as Clara in the existing thread, once Gera approves the wording
It reaches the resident today in the thread they already know, as Clara, with delivery verified and no change to live data — the rejected hold stays terminal. Two honest costs: the work order's own 'tenant was told' field stays unset, so Clara still reads as never having notified them, and Gera approves the wording before anything sends.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: f7f8fc3ba — fable-decide came back NEEDS HUMAN (answered via Astra; Fable's two passes disagreed and only one returned). That run's own note named scripts/send-clara-sms.ts and said the listed choices needed to include it. The published block b91771812 omitted it, and I verified its decider note never rendered on the decision page at all.
