Everything I could decide myself is decided. What's left needs you. Each one carries the recommendation of the session that raised it — if you agree, pick it and press Done. A model's opinion, where there is one, appears on the card as a receipt line; cards with no receipt were never put to a model. "I'm not sure" is a real answer and becomes work for me. You don't need to open the session — pressing Done sends your answer back and it picks up.

1Turn the AppFolio renewals sync back on?

In plain terms. The renewals sync was switched off on 09-12 to stop AppFolio refusing us. The safety limit it was waiting on has been on since 09-13, so nothing technical is holding it off anymore. Should I turn it back on?
The session raising this recommends: Yes, turn it on
It was paused on 09-12 only because AppFolio was refusing us for too many requests. The per-account request limit that was the condition for turning it back on has been on in prod for both AppFolio accounts since 09-13. While it stays off, a renewal signed in AppFolio never updates the lease end date in PropFlow.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Checked: schedules.json renewals entry is DISABLED with reason 'wait for per-account budget'; budget shipped (#7911/#7908/#7924) and prod CONFIG/APPFOLIO_BUDGET_ENFORCE shows enforce:true for jpco 5cd0 and westernslopepm 17a5 since 2026-09-13. PR #13006 fixes the note that pointed at a dead PR. Nothing is blocking except a yes, and you ordered the pause.
