Tried first, unsuccessfully: Read ADR-0143 §2-§4 on origin/main: Supervised holds every AppFolio write behind a person (Gera's 'on supervised we should see pms writes'); Fede's 2026-10-21 new-lease decision (docs.propflowai.co/a/document-engine-2026-10#newlease, d10) recommends Live only. Choice is Gera's because it narrows his own Supervised rule.
