In plain terms. The brain's own settings folder on the mini has a pile of local edits that clash with the shared version, so the safety checks everyone merged aren't actually running on that machine — should we send those local edits up for review, fix the folder by hand, or wipe them?
The full question, as raised

The mini's ~/.claude runtime checkout is wedged: 103 local-only commits vs 8 upstream-only, conflicting in services/review-webhook/listener.js, and hooks/guard-bash.sh no longer matches main — so every guard merged upstream is NOT running on this machine (Trinity + Smith both confirmed it 06:30Z 10-12). Who owns the 103 local commits, and how do we unwedge it?

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Send the mini's local edits up for review, then update the mini
Keeps every local change reviewable and gets the merged safety checks running on the mini without hand-editing a live checkout; a wipe discards work nobody has inventoried.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Smith read the runtime-update receipt (ahead 103, behind 8, one conflicting file, guard-bash not main's), confirmed it fires on every turn, and cannot act: the folder is outside Smith's edit scope and the local commits have no named owner.
