1Two nightly evals have been red for weeks (maintenance eval: last pass Jul 29, 17/21 last night; Morpheus rerun: last pass Sep 20, 1/3 last night). Keep them, pause them, or fix them?
In plain terms. Should we switch off one or both nightly repair tests that have failed for weeks? The big one still catches real problems most nights; the small one has passed once in five weeks.
Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Keep the big repair test, switch off the small one The maintenance eval still grades 21 real cases nightly (12-17 pass) and is our only nightly maintenance regression signal; Morpheus is 3 scenarios at 0-1 green for 5 weeks, so it is noise. The staff-mail problem is already gone: session 003 moved the Willows staff addresses off Fede's inbox. Tried first, unsuccessfully: Read both run histories in propflow-prod (maintenance eval 94 runs: 88 error, 1 ok on 2026-07-29; Morpheus 90 runs: 81 error, last ok 2026-09-20). Checked the precedent: flipping enabled=false in config/automations.toml alone does NOT stop a nightly-queue step; tasks-eval needed agent-smith#1234 to pull it from the queue too, so pausing = two small PRs.
