Everything I could decide myself is decided. What's left needs
you. Each one carries the recommendation of the session that raised it — if you
agree, pick it and press Done. A model's opinion, where there is one, appears on the card
as a receipt line; cards with no receipt were never put to a model. "I'm not sure" is a real answer and becomes work for me.
You don't need to open the session — pressing Done sends your answer back and it picks up.
1propflowai PR #10241 (scripts/demo triage, mergeable=MERGEABLE, all checks green, 3 straight LGTM verdicts with zero findings across 3 heads) can't merge because the required 'review' check never goes green. Root cause traced in .github/workflows/claude-code-review.yml: (1) the recovery chain (Mint reviewer-app token -> Submit GitHub review -> Encode verdict) is gated 'if: success()', but it only needs to run in the one case where review_primary/review_fallback already report outcome=failure -- so success() is always false exactly when the chain is needed, and it never fires. (2) Independently, on this PR the review model hits subtype=error_max_turns before reaching PHASE FINAL, and by the time a verdict comment lands, the <!-- claude-review-summary --> tracking marker the guardrail's own selector requires has been stripped (matches the #8765 marker-strip failure mode already documented in scripts/ci/submit-verdict-review.sh's header) -- so an unblocked guardrail would likely still refuse with 'no recent summary comment carrying the marker'. Net: no formal APPROVE can land on this head through any automated path right now.
In plain terms. Merge that small stuck demo-scripts change by hand now, or hold it until the review checker itself gets fixed?
The session raising this recommends: Merge it by hand now The content review already ran three times with zero findings and CI is fully green; the only missing piece is a formal APPROVE the plumbing can't post, so waiting adds delay with no new information, and my own rules forbid me from admin-merging past a wedged review gate myself. Tried first, unsuccessfully: Verified via gh pr view/checks/comments that #10241 is content-clean (LGTM x3, zero findings) and CI-green; pulled all 3 claude-code-review.yml runs against this PR's 3 heads (all failed); read submit-verdict-review.sh's full header and the workflow's step 'if:' conditions; found the success()-gated recovery chain can structurally never run when it's needed, and separately confirmed via the live comments API that the marker is present on in-progress placeholders but absent on every comment that actually carries this round's verdict (subtype error_max_turns in the SDK result). Did not attempt a fix myself: claude-code-review.yml is a DANGEROUS_GLOBS review workflow, this recovery path has already been hardened through several documented incidents (#8562/#8689/#8744/#8765), and a wrong patch here risks breaking review for every PR in the repo -- this needs a properly scoped, human-reviewed fix PR rather than a rushed one from an alert-triage run.
