In plain terms. Can the voice-agent fix merge? Merging permanently deletes 14 old copies of phone-agent tools at ElevenLabs that only deleted agents still list. 11 more old copies are still listed on live agents' test branches, so the sync keeps failing on those either way. Another session is building the fix for that part.
The full question, as raised
Merge PR #18389? Its merge makes the on-merge dedup step force-delete 14 of 25 orphan duplicate EL tools whose only holders are Main branches of deleted agents (agent GET 404). The other 11 are held by branches of LIVE agents (Clara Leasing test branches, Clara Legacy [archived, 200] staging/pr-*, Clara Triage vendor-natural-bench); for those the step still fails loudly by design. The live-branch half is task fix-tool-dedup-branches (rebind/skip). Review 🟢, CI green at eba8eaf4; scrubbed pre-delete snapshot uploaded as a run artifact.
Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Yes, merge it The review is clean and CI is green. It deletes only copies held by deleted agents, never anything a live agent's branch uses, and a snapshot is kept. Tried first, unsuccessfully: Receipt f0bd94005 (Fable, held under reversal): the merge IS the irreversible third-party write, which repo CLAUDE.md reserves for a founder; recommends raising with 'Yes, merge it'.
