In plain terms. Fede manually stopped 4 duplicate Western Slope leads' automatic follow-up texts on Oct 8 but never finished the cleanup, so the health check keeps re-paging every hour — should these 4 leads be marked finished, or should their duplicate records be deleted outright?
The full question, as raised
leasing-workflow-health keeps alerting on 4 prospectOutreachWorkflow executions (Western Slope, properties appfolio-172 and appfolio-170) that were manually terminated via the Temporal CLI on 2026-10-08 (reason: 'duplicate card cleanup, Fede 2026-10-08') rather than through terminateOutreachForDeletedProspect. The sweep's handled-check requires EITHER outreachCadenceCompletedAt stamped with a non-'failed' outcome OR the inquiry row deleted (TERMINATED + row gone) — neither happened, so all 4 re-alert every hour for the full 30-day TERMINAL_LOOKBACK_DAYS window. DDB confirms 2 of the 4 (prospects d4d975e0, 3a810603) belong to the same person (pers_4c51ede6), who has a 3rd surviving guest card with an actively-running cadence — consistent with genuine duplicates. The other 2 terminated prospects' inquiry rows still show stale outreachStatus='running' though their Temporal workflows are dead.
Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Mark the 4 leads finished, no more follow-up texts DDB shows a live surviving cadence for at least one of the 4 leads, so re-enrolling would double-text someone already being worked; deleting also works but throws away the record's history for no added benefit. Tried first, unsuccessfully: Read Temporal's workflow history for all 4 (confirmed a manual CLI termination on 2026-10-08, not a code failure), read the inquiry rows and sibling guest-card records per person in DDB, and confirmed none of the sweep's 3 'handled' signals fire for any of the 4 — this can't self-heal and needs a call on which cleanup step to finish.
