In plain terms. All 10 accounts that run our code reviews are out of usage, so new PR reviews fail. Move one spare fleet account with lots of room left into the review pool now, or wait (one review account frees up within about 5 hours)?
The full question, as raised
claude-pool-reviewer: 10/10 accounts 429 at 2026-10-31T05:56Z (9 on 7d cap, proflow.clara on 5h cap, 7d=0.22). Reviews since 05:38Z die with verdict_landed=false. Fleet bank has test.client@propflowai.co at 200 (7d=0.17) and propflow.clara@gmail.com at 200 (7d=0.67), but rotate-reviewer-tokens.sh feeds reviewer secrets only from claude-pool-reviewer (Gera 2026-10-08: don't share pools). Add test.client to claude-pool-reviewer now, or wait for proflow.clara's 5h window to reset?
Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Move the spare account into the review pool Reviews are fully down; waiting leaves every PR unreviewed for up to 5 hours and the one account that comes back will cap again fast. Tried first, unsuccessfully: Read the rotation log and pool status (all 10 capped), confirmed the last 3 real review runs produced no verdict, checked the prior capacity decision (withdrawn 10-30 as moot when the pool had 5 healthy). Pool membership is a credential routing change Gera ruled on, so I did not move an account myself.
