In plain terms. Can I close an old test job (WILL-002174) at the Willows test building that has been stuck open since July and keeps catching the test handyman's texts, so the nightly repair test stops failing?

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Go: run change a18c86f183afbcf39155009b0ed91c07
Test-bench row never synced to AppFolio; open since 07-31 it steals the handyman's replies (3 nightly reds 10-23/24/27/30); executes Fable ruling b93105823's close-the-old-job half.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Fable already ruled on b93105823: close the old job AND fix the reply rule. Read the row in propflow-prod (status dispatched, sync_failed, turnover trn_78537941) and tonight's worker log (3 refusals naming WILL-002174). No status-keyed index on the row; the app's own cancelled rows differ only in status/updatedAt/version.

Asked by more than one session. Your answer above goes back to all of them.

74795dfc asked it this way:
change (put ALL of this in the decision you raise for the record): dynamodb-update-item --region us-east-1 --table propflow-prod --update-expression SET #s = :c, #u = :now --key-file: {"PK": {"S": "PROP#appfolio-45"}, "SK": {"S": "WO#WILL-002174"}} --values-file: {":c": {"S": "cancelled"}, ":now": {"S": "2026-11-01T12:00:00.000Z"}} --names-file: {"#s": "status", "#u": "updatedAt"} fingerprint: dc1afecad194e20129c6fae2459d883e go option: Go: run change dc1afecad194e20129c6fae2459d883e other option: Not my go (Trinity can still approve; withdraw to stop it) Why: WILL-002174 is a 2026-07-31 turnover job at the Willows test building (appfolio-45, org_sandbox), still 'dispatched', never synced to AppFolio (64 failed attempts, unit 12 not on property 45). Because it is the only PAGED open job for the in-house tech, the reply picker attributes every tech text to it; tonight's worker log (2026-11-01) shows the completion and both relays refused against WILL-002174, so handyman-close-with-photo, handyman-relay and handyman-reverse-relay-roundtrip went red (18/21). Same cause as the 10-27 design-doc entry. 'cancelled' is outside WO_COMPLETABLE_STATUSES, so the row leaves the picker's candidate pool. Reversible: set status back to 'dispatched'. Durable rule fix (picker + turnover teardown) stays on decision b93105823.

Pick an option above, then press Done.
