In plain terms. Want me to add more Claude accounts to the pool that runs background AI tasks like tenant summaries, so it stops going dark for a few minutes at a time?
The full question, as raised

propflowai's Vercel production env ANTHROPIC_BACKGROUND_AUTH_TOKEN carries exactly 2 comma-separated subscription bearers, backing every background Claude lane (tenant-summary generation, trace-llm, the concession-watcher cron, nightly enrichment). The shared mini pool (~/.claude/.tokens/) has 19 provisioned accounts. In the past week this 2-account pool produced 4 distinct 'all N subscription tokens refused' 429 bursts across unrelated callers (Sentry 11W/1J4/1C3/1JR) — short clusters (1-27 min) with hours of silence between, i.e. momentary multi-lane collision, not sustained weekly-cap exhaustion. Each route already degrades gracefully on failure (no 500s), so nothing is broken today, but widening the pool would cut how often background enrichment goes dark for a few minutes.

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Add more accounts to that pool
4 unrelated background lanes hit the same exhaustion in one week; there's ample headroom in the shared pool (19 accounts vs 2 wired to prod) to absorb the burst collisions cheaply.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Confirmed it's not a sustained ~21h weekly-cap outage (event timestamps cluster in short bursts, not continuously); confirmed every affected route already degrades gracefully; checked blocked outstanding for an existing decision on this (none); opened a separate PR to stop this condition minting duplicate Sentry issues (propflowai#21136). Didn't act on the pool itself because writing a production secrets rotation list is a credential allocation call across the whole fleet's pool, not mine to decide.
