In plain terms. Should we give the AppFolio robot a new Anthropic key tonight, or wait? The robot is the helper that signs into customers AppFolio accounts for PropFlow. Since 7:26pm UTC on Oct 13 it cannot sign in: the key it uses to read web pages is being rejected as invalid. Every failed try is counted as a wrong password, so its safety lock keeps snapping shut for 6 hours. Right now every PropFlow request to AppFolio for Western Slope and JP&Co is refused. Waiting for the lock to expire at 07:58Z will not help: it fails the same way and locks again.
The full question, as raised
The robot (appfolio-browser-agent, Vercel prod) fails every login drive with AI_APICallError: invalid x-api-key on the first Stagehand extract (Sentry issues 7790634643, 7790690660: 19:26Z, 19:58Z, 01:58Z on identity 7304169e; 23:00Z on 08c47b7e). Its ANTHROPIC_API_KEY env (created 175d ago) is rejected by Anthropic. Those failures are charged to the login-budget breaker (escalated 6h, until 07:58Z). PropFlow L4 calls refused since. Human-only step: a working key in Vercel prod + clear both breakers via POST /api/admin/login-breaker action=clear. Smith lane robot-llm-nonevidence is fixing the code so infra errors stop charging the breaker.
Why, and what was tried

Tried first, unsuccessfully: Read the robot code, Sentry and Vercel logs end to end: redirect-loop handling already exists and fired (16:17Z), the dead-jar fix (#493) is live, the breaker trips are all AI_APICallError invalid x-api-key.
