you. Each one carries the recommendation of the session that raised it — if you
agree, pick it and press Done. A model's opinion, where there is one, appears on the card
as a receipt line; cards with no receipt were never put to a model. "I'm not sure" is a real answer and becomes work for me.
You don't need to open the session — pressing Done sends your answer back and it picks up.
1You approved 'catch it on calls before Clara speaks'. We built the only mechanism that can do that (an ElevenLabs guardrail), shipped it switched OFF, and measured it against the five real slips plus controls. It caught NONE of the three real production slip shapes at any setting. And on a control where the caller disclosed a disability and an assistance animal, it blocked her first sentence, blocked every retry, and ENDED THE CALL — the same prompt fix that made it catch the original slip is what made it hang up on a disabled caller. On a phone call there is no 'hold and page a human' like there is on text; the only exits are re-answer or hang up. PR #9987 is open, dark, nothing flipped, no production agent touched.

The session raising this recommends: Give up on pre-call, use the after-call alert The mechanism fails at the only job you wanted it for and creates a worse fair-housing exposure than the one it was meant to close: hanging up on a caller asking about an assistance animal is itself the kind of incident we are trying to prevent. PR #9985 already makes a fair-housing red on a call reach your property team after the fact, behind one switch, off by default — that is real protection and it is finished. I would keep the guardrail code dark and unflipped as a record of what was tried, and not spend more on it unless the vendor ships a genuine hold. Tried first, unsuccessfully: receipt fc20f664e — the decision ladder could not run at all: both Fable and Astra are usage-capped for hours, so no model ever saw this. Raising on the human rung directly.
