In plain terms. A tenant gave notice by email today, and our robot could not start the move-out in AppFolio because AppFolio showed no move-out task for that tenant. Nobody on the property team is told when this happens; only our error log hears about it. Should we tell the property team when the robot can't start a move-out, or keep it engineering-only until we confirm our robot read the AppFolio page right?

email-NTV move-out draft hook: L4 /api/move-out-tenants returned TASK_LINK_HIDDEN (nonRetryable) for a real NORT tenant (occupancy 878, move-out 2026-11-30). The hook (and the inspection-complete sibling) catches PMSPermanentError and only logError()s it to Sentry; no PM is told, so the 'manual fallback' has no delivery path. Unconfirmed whether HIDDEN is a true AppFolio state (tenant hidden / not moveable) or a miss in classifyMoveOutSidebarState, whose no-match default is HIDDEN (regexes from a 2026-06-10 property-45 recon). Options: (A) verify the sidebar for 878 read-only first; if truly hidden, route PM-actionable permanent L4 move-out refusals for both hooks through the team-notice door (one shared helper, Supervised-holdable) and keep Sentry at warn; if a classifier miss, fix the robot. (B) keep it engineering-only: Sentry stays the only signal and the PM records the move-out by hand as before.

Tried first, unsuccessfully: Read the Sentry event and breadcrumbs (notice routed fine, only the AppFolio draft failed), the hook and its sibling, the robot's sidebar classifier and its June recon patterns; resolved the tenant to a real customer building. Could not read the AppFolio sidebar for this occupancy without a customer-PMS session, so the classifier-miss question is open.
