In plain terms. Situs's buildings carry about 7,700 years-old work orders that PropFlow still shows as open, so the daily AppFolio refresh can never catch up and other buildings' cards (Camellia included) go stale. Should we run a one-time cleanup that copies each old work order's real status from AppFolio, or tell the refresh to skip never-refreshed work orders older than 90 days?

wo_enrichment has been red daily since 2026-09-25 (Sentry 18Z then 1HW): ~7,759 unreached, ~240 enriched/run, 36 daily-cadence properties breach the 48h bar, all situsgroup plus Camellia (1773625953462, 2 WOs at 240h). Sample: situsgroup-property-8 has 1,086 WOs, 1,030 status=dispatched, created 2018-2023, source=external, 18 ever enriched. They sit outside the mirror's 90-day window and have no stored PMS status, so #16420's terminal filter cannot skip them. Same class as Western Slope (#16390: 834/914 open rows finished in AppFolio). Options: (A) one-time dry-run-first backfill reading AppFolio status for situsgroup WOs outside the mirror window and writing the mapped status (prod write, needs per-step approval with dry-run counts); (B) planner filter: skip never-enriched rows created before the mirror window (no write, but any genuinely open old WO is never refreshed).

The session raising this recommends: One-time cleanup from AppFolio It fixes the wrong 'open' status at its source; the skip hides rows we cannot prove are finished, and weekly cadence (the last fix) only drains ~1,700 a week. Tried first, unsuccessfully: Checked the 30-day prior fix (decision b90242176, move non-live properties to weekly): it held for the 89 weekly properties but Situs stayed daily and cadence cannot shrink a 7,700-row backlog at ~240/run. Read #16390 (Western Slope, same shape, recommended healing stale-open status) and searched scripts/ on origin/main for an existing heal: none exists. Sampled one Situs building in propflow-prod to confirm the rows are 2018-2023 imports.
