I'm parked on you

Everything I could decide myself is decided. What's left needs you. Each one has a recommendation from Fable — if you agree, pick it and press Done. "I'm not sure" is a real answer and becomes work for me. You don't need to open the session — pressing Done sends your answer back and it picks up.

1Sean's 4.12 (video 8, Raul): a prospect applied BEFORE the post-tour reminder, so the application link was correctly suppressed — but nothing on the conversation shows the application, so the thread reads like a broken chain. Should 'Application submitted' become a visible event on the unified conversation timeline?

Fable recommends: Yes — render 'Application submitted' as a system event card on the conversation timeline (chain-of-record complete; Sean's ask)
The timeline already renders non-message events (call cards, WO checkpoints via thread-wo-checkpoints); an application is the highest-signal milestone in a leasing thread, and its absence made a correct suppression look like a bug to Sean — legibility beats purity here.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Read merge-timeline.ts + thread event precedent (call events, WO checkpoints already render as non-message events, so there is no technical blocker); confirmed the disagreement is Sean-wants-it vs Fede-objects — a product taste call between two named humans, not something Fable should settle.
