Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Merge it Bot 🟢 APPROVED at 22e86c2c2f, required checks green, only the dangerous-diff attended-merge hold remains. Note: the recheck workflow that creates copied fail marks was switched off 2026-09-30 20:51Z with no recorded reason, so neither this nor #13770 has had a case to act on yet. Tried first, unsuccessfully: Not a Fable question: attended merge is required by the DANGEROUS_GLOBS rule, not a judgement call
