In plain terms. Should I queue the two finished retired-test-inbox PRs (20888 and 20887) to merge?
Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Queue both now Authority, not judgment. Both PRs are finished and verified: 20888 (the fix: mail from hello@ or any hello+ tag is skipped before Clara, so no person and no reply) and 20887 (docs: live tests send from test+ only). Each is green with a review approval at its exact current commit, and the merge line is empty. The session that built them ran out of usage and died. I am a Supervisor-respawned driver with no person in the pane, and the repo rule says an unattended session does not carry the merge permission. Automatic merging has been off since Oct 15. So I am leaving both green and not queued. Tried first, unsuccessfully: Not sent to fable-decide: this is a question of who may press merge, which a model cannot grant. Repo CLAUDE.md hard floor: an unattended session does not inherit a standing merge grant.
