1Should the ci-cost lane (002) build the two deploy-side fixes, or does Gera's side take them?
In plain terms. Two cheap fixes on the deploy side could save a little money and make deploys faster. Do you want the cost agent to just build them, or will your side do it?
Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: 002 builds both Both are small, 002 already has the measurements, and neither touches auth, secrets or prod data. (1) starts every deploy ~6 min sooner; (2) removes a duplicate deploy trigger: deploy-lambdas.yml fires on CI-done-on-main AND on push to release, both ship the release branch (10-05 so far: 201 CI-triggered runs + 74 release-push runs). Tried first, unsuccessfully: Checked deploy-lambdas.yml on origin/main: confirmed both triggers ship release. Did not confirm how many of the 201 actually re-deployed vs no-op'd, so the $1-1.5/day is still an estimate.
