I'm parked on you

Everything I could decide myself is decided. What's left needs you. Each one carries the recommendation of the session that raised it — if you agree, pick it and press Done. A model's opinion, where there is one, appears on the card as a receipt line; cards with no receipt were never put to a model. "I'm not sure" is a real answer and becomes work for me. You don't need to open the session — pressing Done sends your answer back and it picks up.

1conv_voice_3e8908ea-e6a6-4e28-a4ac-9d8f256b5284 (Camellia, caller +593992528289, 'Victoria') carries personId pers_fd775980-55a1-4a3d-9ffb-36d71347326f. The ProspectInquiry post-transfer.ts created from the SAME call (INQUIRY#46f73428-b881-45c5-bed3-b6deeb0480b4, conversationId correctly = conv_voice_3e8908ea...) carries a DIFFERENT personId, pers_fc9ab828-ba10-47a8-8634-1558ac0f27aa, which owns zero conversations of its own. sendTourOutcomeSms sent the real tour-confirmation SMS (Twilio SID SM228f91fa14fc53fa73ed851fb5d44dd4, delivered) using that split-identity prospect; ensureConversationForOutbound could not reconcile the mismatched personId against the known conversationId and silently returned no target, so resolveProspectConversationRecord declared noConversationRecord — a legitimate, non-alerting branch. Net effect: a real customer SMS with zero durable record, caught only by the daily conversation-capture-drift sweep (Sentry JAVASCRIPT-NEXTJS-Y0). This is a live instance of the same defect class the 'prospect_conversation_split_drift' daily spine-reconcile detector exists to catch, but discovered via a different sensor and not yet traced to which post-transfer.ts step mints the second Person.

In plain terms. Should we dig deeper into why a caller's chat and their tour booking got split into two different identities, or just clean up this one case for now? A tour-confirmation text went out fine, but nothing recorded it happened, because the call's chat thread and the booking ended up filed under two different customer records.
The session raising this recommends: Find and fix where the split happens
This is the second known case of one call splitting into two identities, and today it fails silently with no alert — a one-off cleanup leaves it live for the next caller
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Traced the send path end to end: confirmed via DynamoDB that the conversation and its own post-transfer-created prospect carry two different person ids sharing one real call; confirmed no append-failure alert fired (ruling out a write failure) and no second conversation was minted (ruling out a phantom double-write) — narrowing it to the silent no-target branch. Did not trace further into post-transfer's transcript-extraction/person-resolution code to find the exact mint site, since identity-spine code is flagged repo-wide as high-blast-radius and I did not want to guess a fix there without a human sanity check on scope.
