I'm parked on you

Everything I could decide myself is decided. What's left needs you. Each one carries the recommendation of the session that raised it — if you agree, pick it and press Done. A model's opinion, where there is one, appears on the card as a receipt line; cards with no receipt were never put to a model. "I'm not sure" is a real answer and becomes work for me. You don't need to open the session — pressing Done sends your answer back and it picks up.

In plain terms. Twenty-one of your open PRs can't merge because main moved past them. Sixteen are old (from before thousands of newer merges) and eleven are already on hold for a human. Should I ask you to close the old ones and only refresh the five recent ones?
The full question, as raised

21 of Gera's open PRs are CONFLICTING against main (11 also hold-for-review; most are 6xxx-7xxx, weeks old). Smith can't close PRs it didn't open or push to those session branches. Close the stale batch, or have their sessions rebase?

The session raising this recommends: Close the 6xxx-7xxx conflicted batch (16); rebase only the 12xxx-13xxx ones (5)
Conflicted: 6076 6103 6789 6804 7354 7448 7629 7638 7675 7676 7703 7854 7861 10156 12202 12260 12741 12745 12768 12891 13284. The 6xxx-7xxx ones predate ~7,000 merged PRs; 11 of 21 are also hold-for-review, so even a clean rebase merges nothing without a human.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Verified all 21 as CONFLICTING/DIRTY via gh pr list; read the auto-merge guard logs (holds are label/dangerous-glob, not Smith-clearable). Did not rebase: they are other sessions' branches and Smith may not close PRs it did not open.

In plain terms. Two of your finished changes are fully tested and approved, but the robot merger won't take them. One touches the sign-in gate and the other is too big for its quick check. Can you have your session read and merge them?
The full question, as raised

#12948 (dashboard cost-per-unit, head cc52756) and #13069 (middleware public/video/ skips sign-in, head bb942c0) are CLEAN, 🟢, CI green on their current heads, but the auto-merge guard will never arm them: #12948's full suite ran only on the review-event run (evidence rule counts pull_request runs only); #13069 touches src/middleware.ts (dangerous glob). Both need an attended hand merge after reading the full diff.

The session raising this recommends: Your session merges both changes today
Receipts: 12948 review-event run 36402304094 on cc52756 — 4/4 full shards + Unit Tests success. 13069 guard run 36406844397: 'held … security-relevant paths: src/middleware.ts'. 13069 is 2 files (middleware + its test). Smith is unattended and may not hand-merge past the guard.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Verified both heads unchanged, CLEAN, 🟢, green; woke the guard on #12948 (still held on evidence rule); traced the hold to decide-merge-evidence.sh lines 244-247. Did not merge: unattended seats may not hand-merge past the guard.
