1Turn the AppFolio renewals poller back on?
In plain terms. On 9-12 you paused the job that watches AppFolio renewals because it was flooding AppFolio with requests. The safety limit you wanted first has been live since 9-13. While it's off, Clara can't tell when a tenant signs a renewal lease (at Camellia too), and it nearly sent a second offer at Western Slope. Fede's PR #15232 fixes the second-offer problem but not the signed-lease one. Should we turn the job back on?
Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Turn it back on The condition you set for un-parking it (a per-account AppFolio request budget) has been enforced in prod since 9-13, and it is the only thing that spots a tenant signing a renewal lease. Tried first, unsuccessfully: Smith read schedules.json on origin/main: renewals is DISABLED with a stateReason saying the un-park condition (#7911/#7908/#7924 budget, enforce:true for both accounts) is met and only Gera's go remains. Smith traced handler.ts: renewal tenant-signed / ready-to-countersign detection runs only inside the renewals job; new-lease countersign runs under lease_states (on). PR #15232 covers hand-sent offers only. Whether to lift his own pause is his preference, not a fact anyone can look up.
