1The PR review bot's 3 reviewer accounts are out of weekly quota until Oct 29, and the mini's 2-hourly rotation keeps republishing them over any refill. Should reviews borrow spare fleet accounts until then?

In plain terms. Should we lend the code-review robot spare accounts until Thursday? Its own accounts are out of allowance, and a timer on the Mac mini keeps putting the empty ones back every 2 hours.
Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Lend spare fleet accounts to reviews until Thursday, and stop the overwrite
Nothing merges while every review dies on quota; the fleet bank has 14 accounts with headroom, and the rotation script republishing capped (429) accounts is what undoes every hand refill. Revert is tracked to the Oct 29 reset.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Found the overwriter: /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.propflow.reviewer-token-rotate on the mini (every 2h, last 13:40Z) runs ~/.claude/scripts/rotate-reviewer-tokens.sh, which counts 429-capped accounts as publishable, so it republished the 3 capped reviewer accounts (7d=1.0) over Trinity's healthy refill; the next run (40333118264) died 'weekly limit'. Pool split was Gera's 10-08/10-16 call and secret writes/costlier fallbacks are Fede's, so nothing was written.

In plain terms. One of our robot passwords got printed into a work log on the mini this morning — do you want me to have it replaced, or leave it? I checked and it never left the machine, so nobody outside could have seen it. Replacing it is safest and quick, but it is the password GitHub uses to let our tools in, so swapping it could briefly break something that signs in with it. Leaving it means trusting that one computer's drive.
The full question, as raised

A GitHub App private key was printed in clear text into an agent session transcript on the mini this morning. Containment verified: the source env file is gitignored and was never tracked, no commit in propflowai history has ever contained the variable, the transcript sits under a gitignored projects/ directory so it is absent from the dotclaude repo that pushes to GitHub, and the only mirror daemon reads WhatsApp into Google Docs rather than transcripts. Rotate the key, or accept the local-disk exposure?

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Replace it now, and I fix the leak that printed it
What happened: a worker I dispatched was debugging and printed an environment file into its own log, using a hand-written filter that missed one line - the GitHub App private key. It told me itself, unprompted, which is why we know at all. I then checked containment rather than taking its word: the file it came from is excluded from git and was never committed, no commit in propflowai's entire history has ever contained that setting, the log sits in a folder git ignores so it is not in the dotclaude repo that syncs to GitHub, and the only mirroring service running here copies WhatsApp messages into Google Docs and never reads these logs. So nothing has left this machine and this is not an incident. Why I still recommend replacing it: that check looks BACKWARDS. It shows the key has not escaped, not that it cannot - and every program on this box can read that log for as long as the key stays valid. Replacing it removes the thing that is rotting; a better filter only guards it, and the filter I would be trusting is the same kind that just failed. I recommend against mapping consumers first because that delays the replacement for a search I can do just as well afterwards, and against leaving it because fixing the filter protects the next key and does nothing for this one. Why this is yours rather than mine: replacing this key is a change to live third-party config, which the constitution keeps with you and Fede, and it can break whatever signs in with it. Choosing NOT to replace it is the same kind of call - deciding an exposed credential is acceptable is risk appetite on a production secret, and that is not a judgement I should quietly make for you. Either way I fix the filter today; that part needs nobody's permission.

Both passes agreed on 'RAISE it to a founder: a private key in plaintext on disk is still an exposed key, only a founder may replace one, and only a founder may decide that an exposed key is acceptable - I harden the redactor either way', and it is being escalated anyway: this question turns on money or a commitment to a person (matched 'commit'), which is not a model's to settle however confident it sounds.

In plain terms. A private key once got printed into an agent's log. The safety net meant to catch that has been patched five times and still leaks, so rather than keep patching I want to add only the one piece that provably works and write plainly in the code what it does not cover.
The full question, as raised

The transcript scrubber that should have caught the printed private key (agent-harness#1681, a draft hold) has failed five times under patching in one module, twice after a fresh-context review endorsed the current shape. I authorised all five of those patches, so my own instinct to continue is not evidence. Two of the four candidate patterns are provably not anchorable: a truncated key header has no end marker by definition, and the encoded end marker shifts with byte alignment. The decider's two independent passes AGREED on adding only the one self-delimiting pattern and refusing the rest; it escalated anyway on a keyword match rather than on substance. It also corrected me on one option I had offered: the source-side fix is NOT live for this key yet (it ships the machinery and the AWS family only, and nothing applies it), so adding nothing would leave this boundary at zero key-material coverage on the strength of an unshipped plan. Separately in flight and not this question: the rotation decision is b93174263, still open with you.

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Add only the self-delimiting pattern; refuse the other three
It is the only pattern that produced zero findings in every probe, and it uses none of the machinery where all seven defects lived.
Model receiptFABLE was asked, and escalated. Receipt f6dc49ac4 — NEEDS HUMAN.
Both passes agreed on 'Add ONLY the structurally clean arm (BEGIN..END) and explicitly refuse the other three. Arm 1 produced ZERO findings in every probe, and the two base64/truncated arms are the ones that are not anchorable. Accept that a truncated or left-of-window key is NOT covered, and say so in the code rather than asserting a guarantee.', and it is being escalated anyway: this question turns on money or a commitment to a person (matched 'guarantee'), which is not a model's to settle however confident it sounds.

Tried first, unsuccessfully: Both of the decider's passes agreed on this option; it escalated only because the question mentioned a guarantee.
