In plain terms. A prospect called Western Slope after hours asking whether they would qualify for a rental and wanting a call back. Clara told them the team would get a note, but the note never went out because the summary kept failing its own writing rules. Should we send the team that note now by hand, or let it stand?
The full question, as raised
Team notice for call conv_voice_e6d6fc5e (Western Slope, 2026-10-27 23:07Z) was refused as summary_failed (banned-word she x2, not-one-sentence) so no staff email went out, while Clara told the caller a note was left. Re-send the notice to Western Slope staff manually, or leave it (call is visible in their conversations list)?
Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Send the team the note now Clara promised the caller a note and this is a live lead; 3 of 43 Western Slope notices have dropped this way in three weeks Tried first, unsuccessfully: Read the transcript, the team-notice row and the promise row in prod: the ask is clear, the writer used she twice (caller said I) then wrote two sentences, and the founder rule from 10-04 removed the fallback email, so nothing reached staff. Sending to a customer's staff is outbound comms, so I did not send it.
