In plain terms. Gera, will you add your Slack search key on the mini so the daily Smith review can count your broken-robot tags? Without it the review has run blind for 8 days.
The full question, as raised

The daily Smith review needs a Slack search key on the mini to count the :claude-fail: tags Gera leaves. It has not had one for 8 reviews (10-02 → 10-10): Keychain item slack-gera-user-token does not exist, so the sweep exits without running. Decision b91207030 (10-07) already chose a read-only user token with search:read — creating the key is the open half. Command for the mini, prompts for the value so it never hits history: security add-generic-password -a smith -s slack-gera-user-token -U -w

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Gera adds his Slack search key on the mini
The review is of Gera's own tags, so the search has to run as Gera; the command prompts for the value so it never lands in shell history
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Checked the env and the Keychain on every run since the sweep CLI landed 10-07; recorded 7 reviews INCOMPLETE; the act needs a human's token typed on the mini

In plain terms. Who runs the one-line fix on the live database for our test building, and is it the jpco account? Our nightly move-out test is red until someone does.
The full question, as raised

The nightly move-out (turnover) test has been red two nights (10-09, 10-10: 0 of 2 scenarios) because our own Test Property (id appfolio-45) is not told which AppFolio account it belongs to, and every AppFolio write now fails closed (resolve-account.ts:65). The fix is one config field on that property in the live table, written by scripts/set-appfolio-account.ts — dry-run by default, one field, and its header says a person decides. Likely command: DATA_BACKEND=dynamodb DYNAMODB_TABLE_NAME=propflow-prod npx tsx scripts/set-appfolio-account.ts --property appfolio-45 --account jpco, then --apply. Which account Test Property 45 lives in is not verified.

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: A person runs the one-field fix with the jpco account
Test Property 45 is the jpco integration-test property in the repo's own docs; the write is one field on a test property, but it is the live table so an unattended seat never runs it
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Read both nights' root-cause rows, traced the error to resolve-account.ts:65 and the script header; did not run the script — live-table write, unattended seat

In plain terms. Should Smith file bugs as GitHub issues from now on instead of the old Trello board nobody uses? Last night it put a serious bug on Trello and had to be corrected.
The full question, as raised

On 10-10 (00:39Z) Smith filed a P0 bug as a Trello card; Trinity corrected it — Trello has been retired read-only since 09-12 and nobody works from it — and Smith re-filed it as GitHub issue propflowai#18401. Smith's prompt still says to file 'track it' asks on Trello, and the code's Trello-write refusal only arms with Fede's TRANSCRIPT_ROUTER_ENABLED switch, which also arms Trinity's meeting-placement routing (one flag by design). The question is what Smith does with a 'track this bug' ask from now on.

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Smith files bugs as GitHub issues from now on
Matches the 09-12 retirement without touching Fede's one flag or Trinity's routing; a change to Smith's own prompt gets the decision first, then the PR
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Read trello_cli.py and transcript_router.py (one flag retires writes and arms routing — splitting it is a DRY violation per its own docstring); read the thread; did not change the prompt
