b91865539 Your MacBook stopped pulling shared config and skill updates about a week ago, and it is now six behind. The thing in the way is one small setting you changed by hand and never saved into the repo: your 'xhigh' effort preference for Opus 5.5. I can tuck that setting into your Mac's own copy so the updates flow again — your preference keeps working, nothing changes for anyone else, and it is one command to undo. Saying no means your Mac stays on week-old skills until you clear it yourself. — withdrawn
b91874375 Gera: when you type 'tell #1 to continue' as a new message in your chat with Smith (not as a reply under the table), Smith needs to know that '#1' still means the same tab. There were two ways to do that. The bigger one also made Smith treat your whole chat as one running conversation — but it turned out it would have answered you under the WRONG message, leaving a 'I'll get back to you here' note that quietly turns into a tick with no answer. So the driver took the smaller fix: '#1' means the same tab everywhere in your chat, and nothing else changes. The thing you don't get is Smith remembering your previous message as context when you start a new one. Say the word if you want that too and it can be built properly as its own piece. — withdrawn
b91880209 Should the driver ship the working mini tab list now and move its wording into a separate piece of work? The tab list itself has never failed review. Its wording has failed eight times, and the latest attempt made things worse: it would teach Smith to tell Gera that a tab Gera closed 'just could not be checked'. The earlier version is safe to ship but prints one confusing line. The driver recommends shipping that and fixing the wording on its own, and will do that unless Gera says otherwise. — withdrawn
b91976949 Should Smith file a session's answers under Gera's whole chat so they actually reach him, let the relay write in his chat directly, or leave "work on 1" sending messages one way only? Right now the answers get filed under the message Gera sent a moment before, and as soon as he types again that is the wrong place, so nothing ever opens it and he sees no reply at all. Filing them under the whole chat is exactly how the numbered tab list already works and changes no rule. Letting the relay write in his chat directly would change the standing rule that only Gera starts messages there. — answered: File answers under the whole chat, so they reach Gera
