1Queue re-entry kill classifier: must the #16725 replay still read 'infra kill' (keep #16802), or take the stricter rule in #16854?
In plain terms. When a CI machine gets yanked mid-run, should we keep the looser fix that still counts last week's case but keeps breaking in review, or switch to the stricter fix that is simpler and safer but might not count that one old case?
Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Take 16854 #16802 drew a new Codex finding in each of 7 review rounds and is now bot 🔴 at d20027cb: dropping 'Merge-queue contexts' from the aggregate list makes every real kill on today's ci.yml read false. #16854 is the coordinator's strict rule (a stamped kill line with nothing failed at or before it), fails closed, and ends the per-line patch loop. Cost: the old #16725 run may not read true. Tried first, unsuccessfully: Tried: read #16802's standing 🔴 finding and the plan-review contradictions, compared with #16854's body (opened 23:04Z as the supersede-if-dropped draft). The choice is a product call on whether one historical run must still classify true, which neither the bot nor I can settle by running something.
