In plain terms. Should Smith refuse work-in-progress videos and sound tests going into #marketing, and send them to the poster's DM instead? On 11-02 between 02:06 and 05:57 UTC, 7 test cuts (brand test v1-v4, 'pick one' sound tests) went into #marketing under Smith's name, the day after Fede asked for no drafts there and deleted the last ones.

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Drafts sent to #marketing land in the sender's DM instead Fede's rule is absolute (10-31, twice) and was broken 7 times within 24h of his deletions; a prompt rule did not hold, a transport gate cannot be forgotten. Tried first, unsuccessfully: fable-decide was not run: this is Fede's own channel rule (10-22: no gate or behaviour change ships without his review), so it is his call, not a mechanics call
