I'm parked on you

Everything I could decide myself is decided. What's left needs you. Each one has a recommendation from Fable — if you agree, pick it and press Done. "I'm not sure" is a real answer and becomes work for me. You don't need to open the session — pressing Done sends your answer back and it picks up.

1agent-smith PR #285 fixes a real bug that silently drops human 'met' verdicts, and it is what makes CI green on main. It changes gated commands in two long-lived Temporal workflow classes, so merging it deploys to every live OperatorTaskWorkflow and SmithTaskWorkflow. The same failure class (#274) wedged the whole fleet earlier today. Evidence on #285 is unusually complete: two workflow.patched() gates, two genuine pre-change replay fixtures, and a negative control proving the gates are load-bearing (force them True and both replays fail with TMPRL1100). Do you want to merge it, or look first?

Fable recommends: Hold — I will review #285 myself before it merges
Blast radius, not confidence: #274 was merged by a human and still wedged every live workflow at 04:51 today; the receipts here are excellent but the diff is in the category you reserved for yourself.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: fable-decide receipt f77a0d1e7 (RESOLVED, held under option-order reversal) recommended exactly this: park the merge on a human. Its reasoning: '#285's evidence is exemplary — real pre-change specimens from 2fcc374, negative controls proving the gates are load-bearing, fixture-integrity pins. But the authorizing policy is categorical, not confidence-based... Strong receipts reduce the risk; they don't move the diff out of the category the human reserved for themselves.' Cost if holding is wrong: the verdict-clobber bug stays live one human round-trip (hours; verdicts can be re-sent). Cost if merging is wrong: a second same-day fleet outage needing rescue logic. It resolved rather than deadlocked, so this raise carries its recommendation rather than a NEEDS-HUMAN receipt.
