In plain terms. Should the investor write-up link go into Gera's Slack thread now, or is it fine that Gera already has it by DM? Smith promised in that thread that the doc would be linked there. This session is not allowed to post into Gera's thread, so it left the link for whoever replies in that thread next to carry in. That happens on its own, but nobody knows how long it takes.

The investor write-up for Beth is published and all four board rows are closed. Gera already has the link by DM. The open point is the thread: Smith's reply in that Slack thread promised 'You'll get it as one internal doc, linked in this thread', and the owner rule (agentflow ADR-0051) says only that thread's owner may post into it. So this session deposited the link for the owner rather than posting it. That deposit is HELD, not delivered - it rides the owner's next reply in that thread (slack_send._carry_findings), nothing posts a held finding automatically, and the latency has never been measured because no deposit has been through that path before. Is the held deposit enough to consider the thread promise kept, or should the link be in that thread now?
